A Shiny & Happy Christmas

Last autumn the Shiny Eds, decided to scale back the number of reviews posted each week at Shiny New Books to keep everything manageable! This year, we have still posted just over 120 reviews and articles though, mostly written by our stalwart team of superb reviewers with whom we couldn’t do without. A huge Shiny thank you to all of them. We have also continued to cover a wide range of titles: fiction – new and reprinted, all kinds of non-fiction and more.

Also thank you to everyone who visits the site, or interacts with our FB or Twitter feeds and we’re now on Blue Sky Social, all as ‘ShinyNewBooks’. We love you too, and we’re delighted that our reach continues to grow, but do feel free to keep spreading the word.

We’re signing off for Christmas today on the Shiny website, but we will be tweeting some of our reviewer’s favourites from the year. We’ll see you again here though in the second week of January.
